Intention Calls
Join me once
a month on Sunday Evenings from 7-8pm (est) to set your
intention. These calls are designed to keep you honest and accountable,
to support your best laid plans and to coach you to discover which
practices keep you focused, on track and excited.
If you're like me, my quality of
life improves dramatically when I choose to be a conscious and
deliberate creator. Living by default is often a roller
coaster ride that leaves me confused and full of regrets about
what I did not accomplish and enjoy.
So, I am
taking the bull by the horns - or in this case, the month at its beginning,
and asking you to join me in proving that INTENTION + ATTENTION =
INSPIRED
ACTION.
By setting an intention you are pre-paving the month
to be. By paying attention you'll discover which practices work to
keep you on track and consistently celebrating.
Each call will provide a chance to
report on how you and your intention fared over the month, a
opporunity to set a new intention and some as needed laser
coaching.
I'll be sharing tools to help
you set powerful intentions and cultivate practices that work
for you (it's not a one size fits all program).

with 30 years of experience in working with people as a
social worker, psychotherapist, medical case manager and
